Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All purchases are final sale with the following exceptions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Defective items can be returned within 14-days of receiving your item. Photos will be requested.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order lost by courier
In the scenario your order is lost by the courier, please contact us and the courier immediately. We will contact the courier to help find the package. If the courier declares the package lost, we will reach out to the customer with a solution.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned to sender, we will reach out to the customer to inform them that the package was returned to Kalamansi Collective. A new invoice will be provided to the customer and will include the shipping fee and a resending fee of $7.00. If the customer decides not to fulfill the invoice, the order will not be reshipped and there will be no refund.
